Sunset
Sunset.
Sunset is the finale of song. It’s as if God wanted to show off at the end of the day and painted the sky with fire reds, oranges and pinks. This is part of a two-part series called Sunrise/Sunset. It was meant to capture the beauty of sunset through more oranges and reds. This painting tells the story of creation and the day’s end. It demands a pause in the day and a moment of reflection. Sunset’s are a gentle reminder that tomorrow is a new day and give you pause to be thankful for what we have today. Sunset is God’s daily love song, written in color across the sky. A reminder that very ending holds a promise of a new beginning. The day may end, but His faithfulness never does.
Praise | Psalm 113:3 | Ecclesiastes 1:5 From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the Lord is to be praised. The sun rises and the sun sets, and hurries back to where it rises. (the faithful rhythm of creation,)
