HOW MUSIC INSPIRES DESIGN

Ever since I can remember, music has had the ability to influence design. It helps in the creation of words, color, patterns, painting, and drawings. If I were to listen to something sad all that follows holds a hint of sadness. If the music is uplifting I find my words, creations and designs are full of life and joy. Being a songwriter as well I have learned the power of our words and the power of a song. When painting I love to pray a simple prayer, turn on music that inspires and create something that stems from the heart.
